A Little Summer Treat

Design
- Rotating Stripes, punched from hand painted pieces of striped leather. This design is inspired by a Southeast Asian dessert called Kueh Lapis - a type of colourful, layered, steamed cake (look it up, it's so pretty!)
Material
- Lightweight, reclaimed leather sourced from secondhand clothing and scraps. The backside of this design is shiny gold lamé leather
Hardware
- Choose between 14k gold-plated brass hoops + Stainless Steel Hoops

⦿ What You Can Expect from Every Scandinazn Piece ⦿

Each piece is lovingly assembled by hand, from start to finish.
All our leather comes from second hand sources, either thrifted clothing or scraps from friends who work with leather
We use leather-specific paints on our designs, built for customizing shoes. These paints are water resistant and flexible when dry, but can scratch off or wear off over time. Treat these pieces gently, and wipe them clean with a wet cloth. Do not use alcohol based cleansers on them.
All of our pieces are crafted in our studio in beautiful Vancouver, the unceded lands of xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations

Caring for Leather Jewelry
- When possible, avoid getting wet. A bit of rain or wet hair should be okay, but it's best not to wear swimming or in the shower
- Use care when removing and storing jewelry
- It's best to store long pieces hanging, or laying flat. Avoid storing other objects on top of your leather jewelry.
- When cared for properly, leather jewelry can have a long, happy life!

- All orders come packed in a stamped Scandinazn box, lined with colourful tissue.
