Regarding the Canada Post Strike

We hope the CUPW workers get the pay + conditions they are asking for and implore Canada Post to meet their conditions to end this strike. This is a huge blow to small businesses during what is our busiest time of year - many of us count on our holiday sales to see us through the slow first half of the year.

Here's how we're handling the strike

We are using a speedy $7 alternative for Canadian orders during the strike. If you’d like free Canadian shipping and are willing to wait it out until the strike is over, we've got this as a shipping option you can select at checkout. We've also got an option for local pickup in Vancouver between certain hours. If you'd like to arrange to pickup outside these hours, please contact us at info@scandinazn.com

Some international orders will not be shipped out until the strike is over - this is determined by where ChitChats ships. If you'd like us to check before placing an order, reach out via e-mail. Please keep this in mind if you’re ordering, as this is completely out of our control. Local pickup + digital placeholder “gift is on its way” graphics available upon request

US orders will not be effected by this

it's what's kept us going this year, and now we pay homage to that aspect of our business in our latest collection. this year, we've surrounded ourselves with creative community and let ourselves be inspired by conversations and ideas along the way.

Our first DIY Kits are here! The idea for this as a DIY kit came from testing it out a couple times as an in-person workshop. The Daisy Hoops are a fun + straightforward project that you're sure to have success with. These kits come with everything you need to make 2 pairs, with the option to add-on additional pairs. We recommend this for ages 10 and up, or those with a reasonable level of manual dexterity
